Been a long while since I've had the time to update this blog....been caught up with work at the hospital. Dreading to hear the mobile phone ring when on-call..... "Doctor....patient asystole......"
Anyway... heard that the National Handball League is starting again soon. It'll be held from March till May. Not sure how many teams will be involved this time.
Vanilla Stars are bidding to go one better this year. The team is also on the look-out for potential team-mates. Anyone out there interested in playing for Vanilla Stars?

hi there, i interested in playing n also looking for a place to train my self....
i ask about the league to the KL handball fed but they said this year there will be no league since the malaysia handball fed is preparing for sea games? is it rite??
please keep on updating since i would love to get back on form to play handball..:)
How could that be? There is no Handball facilities in SEA Games Laos 2009 & all the countries' committee members have scraped it as reported in the newspaper. For more info, u can check out Malaysia Handball Group in Facebook.
hey there guys, the league is on i can confirm that with you. and as for the 2009 SEA Games, there's no handball due to the lack of facilities.
